A clash occurred during the so-called Hemp March in Kyiv between the people advocating the decriminalization of soft drugs on the one side and representatives of the nationalist forces on the other, Censor.NET correspondent reports.
The first clash occurred after the activists campaigning for the hemp decriminalization attempted to deploy banners reading their demands.
Two people who participated in the attack on the activists were detained. They are representatives of the Sokil and the Bilyi Molot Ukrainian nationalist organizations.
It was also reported that police found a training grenade in a backpack of one of the nationalists.
At the moment, the police is leading the participants of the march from Mykhailivska Square towards the funicular. The law enforces blocked the entrance to the funicular from Volodymyrska Hirka, preventing the nationalists to proceed further.
Later, groups of the nationalists dispersed due to heavy rain.
