"We have received a court order to question Yanukovych and Shuliak via videoconferencing. However, such a questioning is not possible due to lack of technical means: a videoconferencing system is not available in court. Moreover, the order does not specify the dwelling addresses of Victor Yanukovych and Stanislav Shuliak," Maslov said.
He added that the response to the court order had been sent to Kyiv.
Earlier, the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation sent the Ukraine's request for the questioning of Yanukovych and Shuliak via videoconferencing to the Sovietsky court of Rostov-on-Don.
