OSCE recorded troops and hardware redeployment from Russia to Donbas

OSCE's Special Monitoring Mission has recorded redeployment of troops and hardware from the Russian Federation to the occupied areas of the Donbas.

This was announced by U.S. Ambassador to the OSCE Daniel Baer in Vienna, Censor.NET reports citing Ukrinform.

The diplomat stressed that Russia sent military hardware to Ukraine.

Oct. 17, monitors recorded a minivan with military place that brought camo-clad people from the Russian Federation to terrorist-controlled area of the Donbas. The vehicle did not cross the border at the official border crossing point.

Monitors also reported a bus bringing about 20 people wearing camo uniforms back to Russia.

Along with enhanced ban for OSCE, this evidences Russia's continuing support to separatist forces in Ukraine, Baer is quoted as saying.

At the same time Russia declined offers to broaden areas of SMM access to include all nine border crossing points between Russia and Ukraine. The monitors are limited to two of them.

Russia has this possibility and uses it to redeploy weapon, fuel, and ammunition across the border in the dark without OSCE presence, the U.S. ambassador said.
