As reported by Censor.NET citing Interfax-Ukraine, Russian President Vladimir Putin said delivering speech at the Valdai club's session in Sochi.
"Do we need to involve someone else? The Russia's stance is as follows: we don't mind someone else participating, including our American partners. But we have agreed with all the participants of this process that we will work in parallel with our colleagues from the U.S.," Putin said.
Earlier, on Oct. 19, President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, French President Francois Hollande and Russian President Vladimir Putin met for Normandy format talks in Berlin.
At a briefing following five-hour long talks, Poroshenko said that the Normandy Four leaders had approved French and German proposals to underpin a road map for the implementation of the Minsk agreements. The Ukrainian president also said that Russia supported the need for the deployment of an OSCE armed police mission in the Donbas.
