Censor.NET reports citing the statement by the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) Staff press center.
According to the Staff, the residents of the house were unhurt, but left homeless.
"The members of the Ukrainian side of the JCCC (Joint Center for Control and Coordination of the cease-fire in the Donbas) who arrived at the scene today, Oct. 24, recorded this case of truce breach as well as the use of weapons banned by the Minsk agreements by militants of the illegal armed groups. The collected evidence was submitted to the representatives of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine," the statement reads.
