He said in an interview to Ukrainian TV channels, commenting on the outcomes of the "Normandy Four" talks (Ukraine, Germany, France and Russia) in Berlin, Censor.NET reports.
"The Minsk agreements are the only way to peace. The Minsk has provided for global consolidation around Ukraine and gave us distinct vision of the conflict solution. All Minsk accords are transparent. Secret arrangements are unusual for European politics," the president stressed.
"Every part of the Minsk accords should include a date and names of those responsible. This is called 'the road map.'
"Half a year ago, everyone refused this 'road map.' At last, the Ukrainian position has been accepted," the head of state noted.
"Ukraine strictly stresses: the safety package of the Minsk agreements should precede the political one," Poroshenko said.
