Netherlands to decide on EU-Ukraine partnership deal before November, - Prime Minister Rutte

Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte has declared that a decision on the ratification of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement will be made before Nov. 1, 2016

Censor.NET reports citing Espreso TV referring to Rutte's Facebook page.

The prime minister has said that a decision on the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement will be made before Nov. this year.

According to him, there is "little room" at present for addressing the Ukrainian issue.

In the long term, there is still a possibility of ratifying the agreement between Ukraine and the EU, should the provisions of the document be changed, Rutte remarked.

He understands all the international consequences of not making the EU-Ukraine association deal happen.

In particular, this will affect the Ukraine-Russia relations, the Minsk accords and the Normandy process.
