Censor.NET reports the latest update by the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) Staff press center.
The statement reads: "The enemy continues using heavy weapons. The ATO forces' positions in the vicinity of Shyrokyne, Lebedynske, Vodiane, and Pavlopil came under shelling with 122-mm artillery. The enemy also used 120 mm mortars there. The Ukrainian forces' positions in Talakivka were shelled with mortars of the same caliber. The occupiers employed tanks, infantry fighting vehicles and mortars against positions in Marinka and Krasnohorivka.
"In Luhansk direction, the militants invited the ATO forces' retaliation four times by shelling Novooleksandrivka with grenade launchers of various systems.
"One attack was recorded in Donetsk direction: the adversary employed machine guns, grenade launchers, and small arms against positions near Avdiivka," the situation report reads.
