 Pshonka's accomplice Kruk arrested for two more months, his case controlled by prosecutor general

Ukraine's Prosecutor General Yurii Lutsenko has been controlling the situation with detained Borys Kruk, accomplice of ex-Prosecutor General Viktor Pshonka.

As reported by Censor.NET, this was announced by press secretary of Prosecutor General Larysa Sarhan.

As reported, Kruk is charged with embezzlement of state funds jointly with ex-Prosecutor General Pshonka allocated for improvements of PGO buildings.

Lawyer Roman Maselko said the Desnianskyi district court of Kyiv did not take cognizance of an order by the Superior Specialized Court of Ukraine about redirecting the case to Odesa.

The court addressed an inquiry by the prosecution and extended Kruk's arrest for another two months. The prosecutor's office has appealed to the Superior Specialized Court of Ukraine on returning the case to the Desnianskyi district court of Kyiv.
