As reported by Censor.NET, this was stated by ex-'speaker' of the "LPR" parliament" Alexei Karyakin in an interview with Kommersant.
"The official narrative is false. Tsypkalov was murdered by Plotnitsky's bodyguards. I have no idea who in the prosecutor's office could even come up with such a wording that 'he hanged himself fearing for his life'," Karyakin stressed.
Karyakin also noted that Plotnitsky was "saying things that cannot be proved. He fancies himself the Tsar of this territory and eliminates everyone who could possibly challenge him."
"All those involved in the republic's creation are now persecuted in Luhansk. Communist ("LPR" police" deputy chief - Ed.) is in poor condition. There were suggestions that he was also murdered, but the prosecutor's office released the video showing him alive. But it was obvious that he was not all right," Karyakin explained.
Earlier, a representative of the "LPR Prosecutor General's Office" reported that "ex-Chairman of the Council of Ministers" of the "LPR" terrorist organization Gennady Tsypkalov was detained in the militants-controlled territory as a suspect in the "coup d'etat attempt." He allegedly committed suicide shortly thereafter.
