Censor.NET reports citing Darka Olifer, the spokeswoman of Ukraine's representative in the contact group.
"The key issue on today's agenda of the Trilateral Contact Group was cease-fire violations. Militants continue attacks, including in the areas where troops and hardware should be removed - Stanytsia Luhanska and Petrivske. In particular, on Sept. 30 and Oct. 3, 2016, Petrivske came under grenade launcher fire; in the period from Sept. 22 to Oct. 4, 2016, Stanytsia Luhanska sustained 18 attacks. It should be noted that attacks are committed at night, when the situation is not controlled by the OSCE SMM.
"Meanwhile, Ukraine has consistently fulfilled its commitments under the Minsk agreements, including the troop withdrawal provision. That is why the implementation of the framework agreement will be continued: withdrawal will take place in Petrivske on Oct. 7, Stanytsia Luhanska - Oct. 9. I emphasize that troops and hardware removal will only be possible in the absence of attacks and if the opposite side is doing the same under the supervision of the OSCE SMM," Olifer said.
