Ex-Judge of the Pechersk district court of Kyiv Oksana Tsarevych, who had been dismissed from her post for oath-breaking, has appealed against the dismissal to the Supreme Administrative Court, Censor.NET reports citing Ukrainski Novyny.
A source in the court informed the news agency, they reported.
"Tsarevych filed a claim against the president on Sept. 30," the source is quoted as saying.
The Supreme Administrative Court has appointed a judge for examination of the claim.
As reported earlier, President Poroshenko dismissed Pechersk district court of Kyiv Judge Oksana Tsarevych Sept. 29 for oath-breaking when ruling against activists of Euromaidan events.
