As reported by Censor.NET citing UNIAN, this was announced by U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry in Brussels.
According to the politician, NATO and EU's aspiration to seek common ground with Russia does not absolve them of the commitment to the principles of liberty and international law. Therefore, Kerry noted, the West remains steadfast in its support for a stable, unified and democratic Ukraine.
The American politician stressed that the U.S. and the EU have imposed sanctions on Russia and keep insisting on a diplomatic solution to the conflict in the Donbas and the annexation of Crimea, even though they call on the Ukrainian government to speed up reforms.
