Censor.NET reports citing the press service of operator company, Natsionalni Informatsiini Systemy SE.
"The Unified State Registry is coming under distributed denial-of-service attack (DDoS) at the moment. Experts of Natsionalni Informatsiini Systemy are successfully blocking the attack by implementing technical and organizational measures.
"The Unified State Registry of legal entities and natural persons is operating in regular mode; however, some difficulties in accessing the registry might persist for the time of the attack," the message reads.
The DDoS attacks upon the registry have been confirmed in Ukraine's Justice Ministry.
Deputy Justice Minister Serhii Pietukhov wrote on his Facebook page that some of the services are inactive or delaying. The ministry is preparing an inquiry to be filed with law enforcement agencies.
