The "DPR" and "LPR" announced that withdrawal of forces and armaments near Petrovske (the Donetsk region) and Stanytsia Luhanska (the Luhansk region) was disrupted.

Russia's representative at the Joint Center for Control and Coordination (JCCC) Serhii Medvedskyi and representative of "LPR" "defense and law enforcement agencies" Oleh Anashchenko announced, Censor.NET reports citing Novosti Donbassa.

"General Kremenetskyi (head of the Ukrainian side at the JCCC) reported on the willingness to redeploy his units, but there was no signal that the Armed Forces of Ukraine began to move in the rear areas," Medvedskyi said.

According to him, the withdrawal has been postponed to a later date. Time of the second attempt of withdrawal will be known in approximately eight hours.
