PGO to announce suspicion to 'Yura Yenakiyevskyi' and other underbosses of Odesa’s 7th kilometer market tomorrow, Prosecutor General Lutsenko says

Tomorrow, the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine is going to serve Yurii Ivaniushchenko (a.k.a. Yura Yenakiyevskyi) and several other individuals a notice of suspicion of a fraud with shares of the largest Ukrainian 7th kilometer market.

As reported by Censor.NET, Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yurii Lutsenko told a briefing in Odesa today.

"The three-day term following serving of the relevant summons expires tomorrow. Tomorrow, we are going to announce suspicion to Ivaniushchenko, Avramov, and Hres charged with illegal alienation of 7th kilometer market's shares," Lutsenko said.

Co-owners of the market Borys Melnychuk and Oleh Hres running the market on behalf of Yurii Ivaniushchenko were summoned by the PGO's Main Investigation Directorate for questioning the day before.

According to one of the 7th kilometer market co-owners Denys Voloshyn, whose shares had been illegally alienated, Melnychuk was one of those shareholders who suddenly "gave away" part of his stocks in 2010, but the only one who continued working for the new owners. Oleh Hres runs the market at the request of Yura Yenakiyevskyi and helps organizing financial flows today.
