Automaidan activists together with Kyiv city union of ATO (anti-terrorist operation) veterans attempted on Sept. 18 to open access to Dnipro river banks in Koncha-Zaspa blocked by an illegal construction site.

As reported by Censor.NET, this was announced by Automaidan activists on their Facebook page.

"Together with Kyiv city union of ATO veterans, today we were opening access to Dnipro river banks, brazenly blocked by the Khomutynniks [Party of Region MP and his family - ed.] near Kyiv in Koncha-Zaspa.

"They have built their estates here without permissions, on self-seized lands, right on the protection embankment. In addition, they blocked the access to the banks for children by putting fences and barbed wire. Even more, after the wire was taken off by activists, fractured glass appeared there. We could not take it any more," the activists wrote.
