As it was reported earlier, elections to the State Duma are held today in Russia. A polling station has opened on the territory of the Russian Embassy in Kyiv. A picket was held at the building. The protesters tried to prevent Russian citizens from voting in the elections. Clashes with the police have been reported. Several people were arrested, including Svoboda party lawmaker from the City Council Volodymyr Nazarenko.
