This was announced by Ukrainski Novyny citing the statement issued by the press service of the High Council of Justice, Censor.NET reports.
"The High Council of Justice decided to submit a motion to the president of Ukraine to relieve Oksana Tsarevych from the post of judge of the Pechersk district court of Kyiv for violation of oath," the statement reads.
The decision was reportedly approved by the majority: 13 members of the High Council of Justice supported, while two voted against.
Earlier, the High Council of Justice adjourned the hearing on the dismissal of Judge as she failed to attend it Sept. 15.
In January, the Prosecutor General's Office referred to the court the indictments against Judges of the Pechersk district court of Kyiv Viktor Kytsiuk and Oksana Tsarevych suspected of imposing unlawful driving bans on Automaidan activists.
