"No indictment is possible without the seizure of document. First, we seize documents, and it will take us three to four weeks to examine them and determine the procedural status of several dozen persons," Lutsenko said.
According to him, there are several MPs among these persons.
"As soon as we get facts, personal signatures, documents proving not only they transferred the land but did it in their own favor, we will come up with motions to the Verkhovna Rada to lift the parliamentary immunity of this or that MP," he remarked.
Earlier, the Prosecutor General Office conducted searches of premises belonging to Kharkiv mayor Hennadii Kernes, Opposition Bloc MP Mykhailo Dobkin and a number of top Kharkiv officials.
