This was announced by Deputy Prosecutor General Yevhen Yenin to Ukrainski Novyny, Censor.NET reports.
He said such possibility is provided by conventions regarding the matter by the European Council and the United Nations.
Yenin said he would visit Riga, Latvia, on Sept. 14 to discuss the issue.
The deputy prosecutor general added that the problem is not in the Latvian court's decision, but in other matters that need to be solved.
