"Hopefully, we'll have new IMF tranche on Sept. 14," - Poroshenko

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said Ukraine might receive the next tranche from the International Monetary Fund on Sept. 14.

He said this during his visit to the Dnipropetrovsk region, Censor.NET reports citing 112 Ukraine TV channel.

"On Sept. 14, I hope we will have the next IMF tranche," Poroshenko said.

He called the IMF tranche "a solid basis for reforms."

As reported, Ukraine's National Bank forecasts that the tranche will amount to $1B.

The International Monetary Fund will consider the allocation of the funds to Ukraine on Sept. 14. Russia has stated earlier that IMF's statement on Ukraine fulfilling all conditions for receiving the money is unsubstantiated and that it will vote against it.
