Terrorists take new hostages in Donetsk, - Tandit

New people have been taken hostage by terrorists in Donetsk with the total number of POWs now exceeding 110.

SBU head adviser Yurii Tandit said on air of 5 Channel, Censor.NET reports.

"We can state at least 47 hostages will be released in future, and we should move on because more than 110 people are considered captives at the moment," he said.

Tandit urged citizens to be careful while visiting the occupied areas of the Donbas, adding new people have been recently taken hostage.

"Those moving across the contact line should stay cautious as new people were taken hostage in Donetsk three days ago. They are our citizens. A security forces representative went to Donetsk at the invitation of his friends and was detained there," he noted.
