As reported by Censor.NET, this was stated by Minister of Internal Affairs, People's Front party member Arsen Avakov in an interview with Channel 24.
"Nothing happens by chance around Liovochkin. He is one of those who must be in prison as he has been holding a tough anti-Ukrainian stance for the last two and a half years. This person has been running no business for the last 20 years but owns a villa in France and completes constructing a house in Koncha Zaspa," the minister said.
"Take a look at the policy pursued by Inter (TV channel co-owned by Liovochkin - ed.): it criticizes only the People's Front and says nothing about the president's party. I do not claim that Poroshenko has reached a secret agreement with Liovochkin. However, I cannot find explanation why the majority of politicians let themselves making arrangements with him," he added.
