As reported by Censor.NET referring to Ukrinform, this was stated by Ukraine's Interior Minister Arsen Avakov at Livyi Bereh TV show broadcasted by Channel 24.
"When the servers with video of the events inside the TV channel's office were seized at night, it turned out that they were water-damaged," Avakov said.
The minister also said that the TV channel's management was reluctant to provide the security footage at the request of the Interior Ministry.
Besides, Avakov expressed the view that Inter TV channel pursued the policy directed against the People's Front party.
As reported, ATO veterans dissatisfied with Inter TV channel's policy held a rally outside one of the channel's offices in Kyiv Sept. 4. Subsequently, the rally turned into a fight and unknown individuals set the TV channel's office on fire. A scuffle took place between the TV channel's security guards and protesters after that. The police detained six protesters.
President Petro Poroshenko instructed Prosecutor General Yurii Lutsenko to personally monitor the investigation into the situation that had developed around Inter TV channel.
