 Danish money wasted, UNDP ruined its good name, - Shymkiv on e-declaration system

3 million euros, allocated by Denmark for the development of e-declaration system in Ukraine, have gone down the drain.

Presidential Administration Deputy Head Dmytro Shymkiv wrote on Facebook, Censor.NET reports.

"As a person who declared my income in Denmark for more than four years, I must state how it hurts and makes you sad to understand the money of this country has been thrown down the drain," he remarked.

According to the official, he did not comment on the problems with the launch of e-declaration system because of "the behavior of individual UNDP employees discrediting the positive image of international civil servant."

As reported, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) held a tender for the development of Ukraine's e-declaration system. Later, Vladyslav Bovsunovskyi, co-chair of the IT Ukraine Association PR committee, said the organizers of the tender could rig its results: some of the participants were winnowed out allegedly due to a virus.
