 US to keep resisting Russian aggression in Ukraine, - Obama

The U.S. president and the British prime minister met in China.

The U.S. and the UK will continue to resist Russia's aggression in Ukraine, Censor.NET reports referring to RIA Novosti quoting the U.S. president as saying after the talks with new British Prime Minister Theresa May.

The UK has confirmed its commitments to the transatlantic security architecture, Obama said. According to him, the NATO allies see the world in the same way and will continue to resist Russia's aggression in Ukraine as well as confront cyber threats, fight terrorist networks, and take measures to put an end to Islamic State.

As noted, the talks took place in the framework of the G20 summit in Chinese Hangzhou and were the first meeting between the leaders of both countries since May's election as British PM.
