This was announced by Nashi Hroshi referring to a ruling of the Pechersk district court of Kyiv dated July 25, 2016, Censor.NET reports.
The wells in question (located in the Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Chernivtsi regions) were arrested by the same court on July 1. Owner company Pari was banned from using hydrocarbons extracted at the wells. The arrest was made under the request of the Prosecutor General's Office within a case on funds embezzlement by officials of Ukrhazovydobuvannia and on tax evasion by top managers of the following companies: Pari, Esko Pivnich, Persha Ukrainska Hazonaftova Kompaniia, Zond, Infoks.
"These companies are controlled by former ecology minister Mykhailo Zlochevskyi," the project reports.
Pari filed a claim to lift the attachment as ungrounded.
Head of investigation department into economic crimes of the PGO Dmytro Sus, who requested the initial arrest, did not show up for the trial. He filed a statement via the court's office asking for consideration of the claim without him and did not oppose the granting of the claim.
Nashi Hroshi noted that Sus' department of the Prosecutor General's Office is dubbed "Kononenko-Hranovskyi" department after Petro Poroshenko Bloc MPs Ihor Kononenko and Oleksandr Hranovskyi, who allegedly control it. It was found recently that investigator Dmytro Sus drives Audi Q7. He never declared the car, which officially belongs to his 85-year-old grandmother Mariia Yurchyk.
