Censor.NET reports citing the latest update by the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) Staff press center.
The situation report reads: "The enemy committed strikes on Nevelske and Keramik villages in the Donetsk direction before dawn using heavy artillery with caliber of 152 mm banned by the Minsk agreements. The invaders fired at Avdiivka about eight dozen shells with 122-mm self-propelled guns over an hour and a half.
"The occupiers were actively using 120-mm and 82-mm mortars, grenade launchers, and large-caliber machine guns at the section of the front between Avdiivka and Luhanske. In addition the enemy employed infantry fighting vehicles and anti-aircraft guns in Luhanske. The militants' assaults with IFV weapons and sniper attacks were recorded near Verkhniotoretske.
"The enemy shelled positions in Krasnohorivka at Mariupol section of the front with Grad multiple rocket launchers. Shyrokyne was attacked with mortars, grenade launchers and large-caliber machine guns. Mortars were used in Krasnohorivka and Pavlopil as well as small arms in Talakivka.
"The fortifications in Krymske, Novooleksandrivka, and Novozvanivka in the Luhansk region were shelled with grenade launchers. Sniper attacks were also recorded in Novozvanivka," the report reads.
