 Probe into Volodymyr Rybak's murder deadlocked and suspended: "Nobody has been punished," - widow

Volodymyr Rybak's widow and children are forced to move from one rented flat to another.

As noted, Olena Rybak is forced to move from one rented flat to another, enduring hardships and being helped by caring people.

Olena said the investigation into the circumstances of Volodymyr Rybak's murder is deadlocked and suspended at the stage of identifying the direct killers.

"Nobody has been punished, even the then-Horlivka Mayor Yevhen Klep. One of the organizers of the anti-Ukrainian rally, after which Volodymyr was abducted, stays in Ukraine, visits Kyiv, feels safe and even pretends to be an aggrieved patriot of Ukraine," the article reads.

Rybak's adopted son Yurii is a police lieutenant and inspector of the Monitoring and Analysis Department of the the Kyiv Patrol Police, who together with other guys saved three men that fell through the ice this winter.

"Volodymyr would be proud of him," Olena says bitterly.

According to her, their daughter Mariia could not get out of stress after her father's death and spent most of her time sleeping. It's only recently that she has revived, caught up on studies and is getting ready for a new academic year at biotechnologies gymnasium.

The journalist notes that Aug. 23, Mariia Rybak raised Ukraine's flag on the occasion of National Flag Day together with the president. Poroshenko posted respective photos on Facebook and put down beautiful words that "were reposted by loads of people and reprinted by various media outlets."
