The Security Service of Ukraine says representatives of the self-styled "DPR" and "LPR" confirm holding 47 Ukrainian prisoners, Censor.NET reports.
SBU head adviser Yurii Tandit said on air of 112 Ukraine.
"We are very interested in the release of the remaining hostages. This is the first time we have heard of 47 people, 47 our hostages," the official said.
According to him, before Aug. 3, the Ukrainian side possessed information about 21 captives, while 45 persons were mentioned afterwards.
Tandit said Ukraine is ready to exchange prisoners by the "all for all" formula.
