"Attacks are non-stop, we retaliate only if enemy is clearly seen," - Ukrainian soldiers near Marinka. VIDEO

Ukrainian fighters in Marinka are under almost around-the-clock attacks by Russian hybrid troops, involving small arms, machine guns, grenade launchers and mortars.

As reported by Censor.NET citing Podrobnosti, our soldiers return fire only as a last resource - when the enemy is clearly seen and a sighted shot can me made. While on combat duty, Ukrainian military keep a close eye on the area around their positions with militants' trenches lying within direct shooting distance. In addition, sabotage groups often come close.

Soldiers say an enemy sniper is often active in the morning hours. He comes to the gray area at night and opens fire at dawn.
