Tombinski stressed that the issue of e-declarations is running five months late. The European Commission has fulfilled its part, the head of the EU Delegation said, and now it's turn of the European Parliament, the report of which in September will include the electronic declarations progress of Ukraine.
According to the diplomat, Ukraine has fulfilled all elements except for this one, which is crucial for a positive decision on visa-free travel for Ukraine.
Tombinski added that the September report of the EP will be followed by discussions in October, after which the decision will be made. He did not specify on the possible date of the decision.
