Ukraine to receive military aid from U.S. in upcoming days, - Ambassador to U.S. Chalyi

The United States will provide more military assistance to Ukraine in the near future.

As reported by Censor.NET, this was announced by Ukraine's Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to the United States Valerii Chalyi on air of 5 Channel.

"I believe there are some risks (of political off-season in the U.S. - ed.) because, as you might understand, no fast new projects will be launched. But this is an opportunity, as for me, to make up for lost time. Today, we are enjoying a good situation and understanding in the United States in the defense and security sector," he said.

"Recently, we were receiving batches of defense equipment. I can say now, without giving a date, that in the upcoming days we are going to have another batch of such equipment - the one that saves lives of our guys at the front line."
