This was announced by SBU head's adviser Yurii Tandit on air of 5 Channel, Censor.NET reports.
"42 persons that are shown by Donetsk. They speak of 42 [POWs - ed.]. Prior to this, they only confirmed 21 persons. This is a victory indeed. We know they have 42 people, they confirm it," he said.
Tandit added that there are even more Ukrainian hostages held in the "Luhansk People's Republic" and that its self-proclaimed authorities are preparing a longer list.
SBU head's adviser noted it became more difficult to release prisoners compared to two years ago.
