‘LPR’ leader Plotnitsky offers Poroshenko to release prisoners under ‘all for all’ format

Leader of the ‘LPR’ terrorist organization Igor Plotnitskiy suggested that President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko should release all prisoners of war in ‘all for all’ format.

"If Ukraine is a democratic and European state, let him [Poroshenko - ed.] release all prisoners [prisoners of war - ed.] who are being kept in Ukraine. I assure you, the next day we will let everyone go," the terrorist said.

Censor.NET reports Ria Novosti.

According to Plotnitskiy, Kyiv is trying to benefit from holding the prisoners. The 'LPR' leader recalled that according to the Minsk agreements, prisoners exchange presupposes the use of 'all for all' format.
