"The terrorists' artillery strikes were impacting the city between 10 p.m. Aug. 16 and morning of Aug. 17. A five-storey apartment house was damaged by a direct hit, while several neighboring buildings sustained damage as a result of the shock wave.
"Zavodska Street came under shelling. Fortunately, the civilians that were in the apartment house during the artillery strike were unhurt. The five-storey building is home to 15 people, including children," the statement reads.
The act was preliminary determined as a crime punished by part 1 of article 258 (act of terrorism) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
