As reported by Censor.NET, this was said by anti-terrorist operation (ATO) Staff press center head Viacheslav Petrovskyi on air of 112 Ukraine TV channel.
"The probability of the onslaught of the Russian occupation troops remains very low... If the Russian occupation troops cross the demarcation line, it will be regarded as a violation of the Minsk agreements on their part. Which, in fact, is a disruption of the process of peaceful settlement of the crisis in the east of Ukraine," Petrovskyi said.
According to him, the ATO Command has already stumbled upon such statements. Besides, all the units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces are on high alert. The ATO Staff spokesperson is convinced that such fearmongering statements by the enemy are often used for the sole purpose of spreading panic and inducing doubt in the Ukrainian Army's defense capability.
"The important thing is that the ATO Command has a plan for adequate response to possible active offensive operations," he emphasized.
