The decision on the restraint measure for Oleksandr Yefremov will be made by judge Volodymyr Karaban.
Earlier, media reported that former chairman of Party of Regions' parliamentary faction Oleksandr Yefremov had been brought to Pechersk district court of Kyiv Monday morning.
Prior to that, July 30, Prosecutor General's Office detained Yefremov under suspicion of violation of territorial integrity of Ukraine.
