Given the special status of the detainee, Kyiv city prosecutor Roman Hovda personally handed him the notification of suspicion.

According to the report, the suspect is currently in detention prison.

A petition to the court to chose remand in custody for him has been prepared.

Pre-trial investigation of the case is provided by the Main Directorate of the National Police in Kyiv. The city's prosecutor's office carries out the procedural management.

The large-scale accident involving drunk Yevseienko, who was driving a Toyota car, took place in Kyiv around 1 a.m. on July 29. According to preliminary data, he fired a gun as a result of a conflict and attempted to flee from the police along Kiltseva road from the district of Borshchahivka to Zhuliany overpass.

A man and a woman driving a Volga vehicle were seriously injured. The elderly couple was urgently hospitalized in the intensive care unit of the 17th Hospital.
