Censor.NET reports citing the press service of the National Police in the Donetsk region.
As reported, the incident occurred at a militant-controlled checkpoint.
At around 3 p.m., the Bakhmut police department was informed of a woman having received a shrapnel shoulder wound.
A female resident of Toretsk, born 1978, said she was injured when passing a militants' checkpoint in a minibus travelling from the occupied territory. The driver jumped a line of vehicles, which terrorists did not like. They opened small-arms fire, which caused an explosion bringing a shrapnel in the woman's shoulder.
At the moment, the victim is being rendered medical treatment. The police is trying to establish the circumstances around the accident.
As previously reported, a young woman was injured in a terrorist attack on Avdiivka.
