As reported by Censor.NET, this was announced by ATO press center in its report as at 6 a.m. July 28, posted on Facebook.
According to the Staff, 16 cases of fire were recorded at Donetsk direction.
"Using Minsk-banned 120-mm mortars, as well as 82-mm mortars, grenade launchers, large-caliber machine guns, and small arms, the enemy hit defenders of Avdiivka. At around 11:30 a.m. in this town, out recon group engaged in a skirmish with the enemy's saboteurs. The clash lasted for about an hour. Professional actions by Ukrainian soldiers resulted in the retreat of the enemy group.
"Near Zaitseve and Novoselivka Druha, the enemy used grenade launchers, an IFV near Novhorodske, and fired from grenade launchers, large-caliber machine guns, and sniper rifles in Luhanske," the report reads.
At Mariupol direction, occupants violated the cease-fire 10 times. They shelled strong points of the Ukrainian forces in Starohnativka from 82-mm mortars. The enemy used grenade launchers and large-caliber mortars in Vodiane, a tank near Marinka, and small arms in Shyrokyne.
"In the Luhansk region, the enemy shelled Ukrainian military 18 times from 82-mm mortars near Novozvanivka, Novooleksandrivka, Bohuslavske, Krymske, and Velyka Kosharna. It employed grenade launchers in Popasna and Lopaskyne," the ATO press center noted.
Earlier, terrorists shelled Ukrainian Army's positions 39 times, used banned weapons July 26.
