The statement by head of the so-called "LPR" Plotnitsky reads: "You repeatedly see that we had learned to move and drive on the ground. We have learned to sail recently. We are going to cross another crucial milestone soon: we'll learn to fly.
"You know that we have the planes. And I hope that soon we will show you though small, but our own aviation attack unit that would operate to the benefit of the republic," Russian RIA Novosti news agency quoted the militants' chieftain as saying.
"Plotnitsky decided to scare us with his powerful state-of-the-art fighter jets and deck-based aircraft... Well, that is obviously what he has been told - that they have such air forces," Presidential Administration speaker wrote and posted two photos.
