Censor.NET reports citing the statement of Liudmyrskyi's friends, colleagues, and relatives published on the website of the Energy Research Centre.
"We appeal to everyone able to contribute in Valerii Liudmyrskyi's return. His friends and relatives are willing to pay a reward in the amount of $100,000 for bringing Valerii Liudmyrskyi in alive!!!" the address reads.

"The supply of Ukrzaliznytsia with power stipulates multi-million dollar contracts which companies connected with criminals and gangsters are often interested in," Ukrzaliznytsia Information Policy and Public Relations Department Head Danylo Vakhovskyi said.
