WADA calls on Sport Movement to deny Russian athletes participation at international competitions including Rio until 'culture change' achieved, Nichols wrote on Twitter. The Twit has been subsequently deleted.

The report commissioned by WADA July 18 and conducted by Canadian law professor Richard McLaren confirmed all of the shocking allegations made by Grigory Rodchenkov, the former director of Moscow's WADA-accredited anti-doping laboratory, who spoke out earlier this year over his part in ensuring drugs cheats at the Sochi Winter Olympics.

The evidence found by the commission implicate the Russian Ministry of Sport in running a doping system solely aimed at subverting the doping control process. It also states that there was active participation and assistance of the Federal Security Service.
