At this point, according to the CEC, the leaders are Iryna Konstankevych, Tetiana Rychkova, Viktor Shevchenko, Ruslan Bohdan, Yurii Odarchenko, and Serhii Shakhov Censor.NET reports.
No updates as for number of counted ballots have been made in the 27th constituency (Dnipro) and 114th constituency (the Luhansk region) since 10 a.m., July 18.
As previously reported, the CEC held midterm elections in seven constituencies after the following people's deputies resigned over a number of reasons: Borys Filatov (became mayor of Dnipro), Vladyslav Atroshenko (mayor of Chernihiv), Ihor Nasalyk (minister of energy), Taras Kutovyi (minister of agrarian policy), Ihor Yeremeiev (died in an accident), Yurii Harbuz (head of the Luhansk regional military and civil administration), and Andrii Hordeiev (head of the Kherson regional administration).
