This was announced by MP Serhii Leshchenko at today's briefing in the Verkhovna Rada, Censor.NET reports.
According to the deputy, in May, Ivaniushchenko was seen attending the Champions League final in Milan together with Surkis [one of brothers Surkises, Ukrainian businessmen - ed.] and his business partner Avramov. This was made possible after Ivaniushchenko managed to solve his problems via one particular judge of the Pechersk district court of Kyiv.
"Most of the cases that are somehow related to Ivaniushchenko are considered by judge Iryna Lytvynova. These are cases against Butusov [Censor.NET chief editor - ed.], Levus [People's Front MP - ed.], me, as well as the closure of the case against Ivaniushchenko's business partner Shepelev and finally Ivaniushchenko's case. As a result, he was not put on the international wanted list that led to the closure of the case by other Kyiv courts," the deputy said.
According to him, there are typical signs of a corruption conspiracy which allows Yura Yenakiyevskiy to abuse his money, get appropriate judicial rulings, and remain unpunished.
"I am addressing the prosecutor's office with a request to question Surkises about where Ivaniushchenko is hiding, and a requirement to investigate a miraculous coincidence in which some magic computer assigns all cases related to Ivaniushchenko to a magic judge who makes "fabulous" rulings," Leshchenko wrote on Facebook.
