 Militants committed 22 attacks, used 122-mm artillery, 120-mm mortars, armored vehicles, - ATO press center

On Tuesday, July 12, Russian-terrorist forces attacked anti-terrorist operation (ATO) troops 22 times.

In the Donetsk region, the enemy fired Minsk-banned 152-mm artillery against Ukrainian army strong holds in Mykolaivka Druha.

Using 120-mm mortars, militants shelled ATO forces' positions in Zaitseve, Semyhiria, Novoselivka Druha, and Avdiivka.

Terrorists also employed 82-mm mortars near Novhorodske and heavy machine guns not far from Troitske.

It was restless in the vicinity of Krasnohorivka (Mariupol direction), where Russian mercenaries hit Ukrainian positions with artillery (122-mm) and mortars (120-mm and 82-mm), employing armored vehicles afterwards.

Ukrainian defenders in Shyrokyne came under grenade launcher fire, while enemy snipers were active in the vicinity of Marinka.

In the Luhansk region, terrorists resorted to armed provocations near Luhanske and Krymske.

As previously reported, according to ATO press center, militants committed 56 attacks on ATO forces' positions over past day, using mortars, AA guns, and anti-tank guided missiles.
