The bill was supported by 233 MPs of 226 votes required, Censor.NET's correspondent reports.
The bill's explanatory note reads that since the special period started, mobilized military were offered to conclude contracts ending at the end of the special period and at demobilization announcement. De facto it means that contracts concluded before the bill No 711-VIII dated Oct. 6, 2015 became effective are evergreen, for there is no date known for the special period end.
This is discriminating towards the military who are as of now bound by such evergreen contracts.
The amendmenta supported today stipulate that these military will have the right to conclude another contract for six month. The new contract will be a reason for termination of the previous one.
