"Ukraine will receive a complex package of aid from NATO. It will include 13 major clusters and 40 sub-clusters of practical aid," he wrote.
"It is a 'live' document that will be developed and supplemented by NATO and its members to provide as much as Ukraine can EFFECTIVELY take," Klimkin added.
As it was reported earlier, the complex aid plan, which was expected to be approved during the NATO Summit in Warsaw, will include specific cooperation programs and establishment of trust funds for Ukraine to achieve NATO standards.
